Turnaround Strategy
When a turnaround strategy is needed Icknield works with the management team to develop a deliverable plan, agree the plan with stakeholders and help implement the changes needed for the it to succeed.
The key areas we would typically be involved with are:
• Creating visibility of the true underlying operational and financial performance
• Identifying the drivers of under performance
• Managing the production of realistic “as is” and post turnaround projections
