We have been busy working on 21 projects in 2023 and also 21 projects in the first half of 2024.
Whilst Steve Smith, Ran Oren, Mark Russell and Nick Crampton have worked on most of the projects we are pleased that 5 other team members have joined on some of those. In addition, we are very pleased that the operational team led by Frank McAdam has worked on 5 projects.
Over the past 18 months projects have included 3 AIM listed companies, and private capital supported groups but mostly privately owned businesses.
Ran and Steve are statutory directors in several continuing client businesses where roles include chairman, non-executive director, CRO and interim CFO.
We have mainly worked in the UK but projects have included businesses with operations in other jurisdictions including USA, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Australia and Dubai.
