Icknield completes restructuring for AIM listed client

Icknield’s AIM listed client Eco City Vehicles plc has completed a refinancing and capital restructuring. As a result the company’s shares suspension since October 14 has been lifted. Only a small proportion of suspended AIM companies manage to lift the share suspension and return to trade.

Ran Oren has been working with ECV for 2 years helping the company eliminate losses, sell its under-performing businesses and achieve the restructuring. Ran remains a director of the company.    Email Icknield
